Heidi stands for holding you as able to rise to be the Changemaker you are born to be. 

She is a woman who knows what such a stand means.   It means that it’s essential to be the change. 

Heidi has a science degree and life and business coach qualifications, which have led to her training thousands of life coaches since 2001 and various corporate manager roles in Human Resources. She is now the CEO of Raising Changemaker Teens.  

Heidi's approach to coaching and education is not just unique; it's inspiring. She has created courses that allow parents and educators to pivot and create an income for themselves if they choose to join the Changemaker team. Heidi doesn't rely solely on her qualifications and experience but also on her intuition, which she believes is God guiding her work. She is open about her faith and how it shapes her practice, and she also respects that not all her clients share the same beliefs. They still become changemakers living their purpose with passion. What some call intuition, she knows as divine guidance. Her ability to engage in a conversation with your mind while listening to your soul is a testament to her deep understanding of her clients. She truly lives up to her name of Heidi C - because she C's (sees) things that others don't. This unique perspective is what sets her apart and makes her an exceptional coach and educator.

Heidi Conway, the visionary CEO of Raising Changemaker Teens, stepped away from her lucrative corporate career in 2015, driven by her sons' educational challenges in conventional schooling. She began home-educating her then 8 and 11-year-olds. Her decision was further reinforced upon meeting numerous parents struggling to support their children facing similar challenges, mental and emotional health concerns, or grappling with apathy and confusion. With this awareness of alternative education coupled with being a qualified coach and trainer of new coaches since 2001, Heidi was inspired to establish her business, focusing on developing alternative education and career pathways that genuinely work for young people and their families. 

Heidi has developed courses that change the paradigm of education and life success. These courses successfully address mental and emotional concerns such as lack of direction, apathy, work refusal, and other obstacles when capacity building is addressed in the lives of teenagers and young adults. They have allowed young people (13-25) to become happier, confident, future-ready individuals and have helped parents grow more resilient, calmer, and resourceful.

Heidi's educational philosophy is holistic. She champions effective communication based on love, not fear, and the idea that every individual is unique and, therefore, a changemaker. This philosophy has garnered her respect as an international speaker at alternative education conferences since 2020.

With her diverse background, Heidi has created her signature courses, The Changemaker Way™ for teens and A Course in Raising Changemakers™ for parents and educators to become Changemaker Coaches,  'Conscious Transactions for Young Adults' and 'Changemaker Connect Dojos,' which provide practical, value-based education for young people emphasising being and expressing their true self.
