Heidi has a science degree and life and business communication qualifications, which have led to her training thousands of life coaches since 2001 and various corporate manager roles in Human Resources. She is now the Global Changemaker Educator and Lead Support Worker of Raising Changemaker Teens.  

Heidi's approach to communication and education is not just unique; it's inspiring. She has joined the growing community of edupreneurs after creating educational courses that change lives and allow parents and educators to pivot to create an income for themselves when they join the Changemaker team. Heidi doesn't rely solely on her qualifications and experience, it is also about her intuition, which she believes is God divinely guiding her work. She is open about her faith and how it shapes her practice, and she also respects that not all her clients share the same beliefs. Her clients realise they are changemakers as they confidently begin living their purpose with passion as they connect and discover clearly who they are.  Her ability to engage in a conversation with your mind while listening to your soul is a testament to her deep understanding of her clients. She truly lives up to her name of Heidi C - because she C's (sees) things that others don't. This unique perspective is what sets her apart and makes her an exceptional communicator and educator.

Heidi Conway, the visionary of Raising Changemaker Teens, stepped away from her lucrative corporate career in 2015, driven by her sons' educational challenges in conventional schooling. She began home-educating her then 8 and 11-year-old sons. Her decision was further reinforced upon meeting numerous parents struggling to support their children facing similar challenges, mental and emotional health concerns, or grappling with a lack of motivation, apathy and confusion. With her experience and awareness of alternative education coupled with being a qualified communicator and trainer of life coaches since 2001, Heidi was inspired to establish her business, focusing on developing alternative education and career pathways that genuinely work for young people and their families. 

Heidi has developed courses that change the paradigm of education and life success. These courses, together with the outstanding supplements she offers mothers and young people,  successfully address obstacles to emotional and mental wellness such as lack of direction, apathy, brain fog, work refusal, personal and social anxiety and communication challenges.  Teenagers and young adults (13-25) become happier, confident, future-ready individuals and have helped mothers be calm, more resilient and resourceful.

Heidi's educational philosophy embraces a holistic approach that prioritises communication rooted in love over fear. She believes that every person is unique and inherently capable of being a changemaker. Through this lens, Heidi nurtures the potential in individuals by fostering an environment where they feel safe to express themselves and contribute positively. This philosophy has earned her international recognition and respect as a speaker at alternative education conferences since 2020, emphasising that personal growth and impactful change come from understanding, empathy, authentic communication and connection. 

With her diverse background, Heidi has created her signature courses, The Changemaker Way™ for teens and young adults and A Course in Raising Changemakers™ for parents and educators to become Changemaker Educators,  'Conscious Transactions for Young Adults' and 'Changemaker Connect Dojos,' which provide practical, value-based education for young people emphasising being and expressing their true self.
